Our lab has been in the business for 39 years and is well versed in several forms of fixed prosthetic.

Digital Design
Our lab is digital and works with both InLab and 3Shape to create quality products with the newest technology on the market. We also accept files and cases from intraoral scans, including:

Any other .IOS, .STL files
One section of our lab works primarily with Zirconia, a strong and versatile material that’s recently made great strides in terms of aesthetics.
With our own milling station, we can design and mill crowns in house to deliver quality without the wait.

Full Zirconia
This is our highest strength Zirconia. At 1250Mpa, it is stronger than Porcelain and Emax crowns. We used the best shaded Zirconia on the market where the color is saturated through in through. This material is best for posterior crowns.
Multilayered Full Zirconia
Multilayer is a zirconia that has been layered to mimic the natural shade changes in a tooth from body to incisal. Good option for aesthetics without the cost.
Porcelain Layered Zirconia
Our most aesthetic crowns. We use the old technique of stacking porcelain on a Zirconia base. This type of zirconia is best for Anterior crowns.

Wax up and Provisionals
Great for case planning, and patient visualization. Recommended for full arc or full mouth rehabilitation. We use multilayer PMMA for a realistic look.
